I am writing to you to let you know what a wonderful sales center you have in Brainerd. My husband and I had been looking for a home to put on our “retirement lot” for months and months. We have been to many different dealerships and were really quite impressed with your sales center. The homes on your lot were very clean and nicely decorated.

The salesman we dealt with was wonderful. He really knows his business, every time we called with questions; he always had the answer we needed. He helped us get our site ready – explaining just what needed to be done to get the home in there.  He also explained that he prided himself in the fact that Hustads really provides service after the sale. He stated that he had the best service dept. around.

The crew that brought the home out was wonderful! They did an excellent job of getting it into our site and setting it up. They make it look so easy – which I know isn’t. They had everything done and ready for us to move in in just a couple days.

When we closed on our home with Lyle he had Andrea, your office gal, go over our warranty information with us. She explained everything so clearly and had it all organized in a folder for us along with our keys. What a deal!!!

You are blessed to have such a wonderful crew working for you. They are a wonderful bunch and they really do provide service after the sale. We will recommend you to everyone we see. We really love our house and are enjoying it immensely.

When our new house was delivered Hustad has very professional crews that setup our house. The next day the inside was finished by an excellent finish carpenter. In a very timely period our house was in and complete. The very minor problems we had, have been corrected by Hustad service dept. All of the contact we have had with Hustad Homes and their employee’s have been very friendly, and very positive. They have given us the feeling we are their only customer.
