Hustad Homes is a full service facility, with over 200 combined years of experience. We are Minnesota’s LARGEST retailer of Highland Homes, Marshfield Homes, and Commodore Homes.
With over 250 standard floor plans available, the options are endless! We give all of our customers the option to customize your floor plans (for example, moving walls, moving windows, adding/decreasing footage), so our customers are fully involved in the building process of their new homes.
We carry both modular and manufactured homes. All of our homes are quality-built, and must meet federal building code standards and receive the Department of Housing and Urban Development seal of approval after inspection.

On February 17, 2009 President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 into law. In particular, the law authorizes a tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time homebuyers purchasing a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.
